Before the plan
You've probably lived one of these.
Three places a local business usually starts from. Worth naming, because I built everything below to be the opposite.
Someone in town needs exactly what you do. They search, and what comes up is a directory listing with your old hours, a Facebook page from a few years back, or nothing. So they call whoever showed up looking open for business. You never even know it happened.
You signed up for one of those drag-and-drop builders. It looked easy in the ad. Somewhere around the third weekend of moving boxes around, it became a browser tab you avoid — a site that's forever “almost done.” The builder got paid either way.
You asked what a website costs and got a number with a comma in it, payable in “phases.” Then your questions started taking a week to come back — when they came back at all. Big promises up front, silence after.

Hosting, your domain, Google, reviews, and any work you want — one request at a time, done in turn. You run your business; the website is my job now.

The questions I get before people text me — answered the same way I answer them in person.
Do I really pay nothing before I see it?
Nothing. I build the whole site and send you a private link. Love it? You pay and it goes live. Not quite? I keep working. Never right? You walk away owing me nothing — the site never leaves its preview. The person carrying the risk here is me; that's the point.
What does the $100 cover?
The whole build: the pages, the words, the design, done by me after one plain-English chat about what you do. You can split it into two $50s — cash or Zelle, before or after you see the site, in whatever order suits you.
When does the $25 a month start?
The day your site goes live on your domain, not a day before. While it sits on the preview link, nothing monthly is running. Once it starts, it renews on a card so you never have to think about it — and the number never goes up.
How fast will it be ready?
Days, usually — not months, and not overnight. I don't promise a date, because I'd rather hand you something finished than something rushed to hit one. And since you're not paying while you wait, the wait costs you nothing.
Can I get changes after it's live?
As many as you like, over time — that's part of the monthly. I take one request at a time and do it in turn: send one, I do it, you send the next. Some are quick, some take longer, and I don't put a clock on any single one — doing them properly, in order, is what keeps the monthly covering real work.
I already have a domain — does that work?
Keep it. I'll point your new site at it and take over the tending: renewals, settings, the parts nobody enjoys. No domain yet? Getting you one is covered too.
Do I own my website?
Once you've paid and it goes live, it's yours: your name on it, your domain, your business running through it — and it stays online even if you stop the monthly. I keep handling the technical side — hosting, the domain, the upkeep — because handling it is what the plan is. Want to move it somewhere else someday? Ask me and I'll walk you through what that looks like, plainly.
What happens if I stop paying?
The monthly stops and your website stays online. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no hostage situation. If a card payment fails, nothing gets shut off — I'll email you and quietly retry over a few days, and if it still doesn't go through, the plan pauses until you're ready. Start back up whenever; you pick up right where you left off.
