Here's the whole thing in two numbers. $100 to build your website, then $25 a month to keep everything running and handled. No packages, no tiers — just those two numbers, and everything below is how they work. The one thing I'd want you to know before anything else: you don't pay to get started. I build first. You pay when you love it.
2. I build it first — you pay when you love it
Here's the part most people don't expect: I build your website before you pay anything. You don't put money down to start — I just start. When it's ready, I show you the finished site on a private preview link, and you pay once you actually love it. The build is $100 — all at once, or split into two $50s, whichever is easier. If you'd rather put the first $50 down before I begin, you're welcome to, but you never have to: the first $50 can come before you see the site or after, and the second whenever suits you — any order works. And if you look at it and it's not for you, you walk away owing nothing. The site just stays on its preview and never goes live.
3. It goes live when you're ready — and then it's yours
Until you've paid and you tell me you're ready, your website lives on a private preview link that I hold. It's not out on the internet, it's not on your domain — it's just for you to look at. The day you're paid up and sure, I flip it live: it goes onto your domain, with hosting and everything running, and it's yours. That go-live is also when the $25 a month begins — not a day before. So nothing about being live, and nothing monthly, starts until you've seen your site, paid for it, and told me you're ready to make it part of your business.
4. What the $25 a month covers
Once your site is live, your $25 a month keeps everything handled: hosting and security, your domain, your Google Business Profile kept fresh, the review engine bringing in reviews, and your site kept current for how people search today — including AI search. And it covers any work you want — one request at a time, done in turn. A new page, a change, a new photo, a whole new section — just ask.
5. One request at a time, done in turn
Here's how the work runs, so it's clear from day one. Ask for as much as you'd like over time — send a request whenever something comes up. I take one at a time and do it in turn; when it's done, send the next. I won't put a clock on any single request or promise a date — some things are quick, some take longer, and working through them properly one after another is what keeps your $25 covering real work.
6. How you pay
The $100 build is Zelle or cash — straight from your banking app or in person — and it can be split into two $50s, paid before or after you see the site, in whatever order works for you. The $25 a month goes on a card, because it renews on its own each month so you never have to think about it, and it only starts the day your site goes live. The price you see is the price you pay: no processing fees added on. When you send the build payment, just tell me it's on the way and I'll mark it received and keep things moving.
7. Stop whenever you want — your site stays live
The Plan is month to month. Stop it whenever you want and the $25 simply stops — no notice, no cancellation fee, no lock-in. Your website stays online, and you can start The Plan back up later right where you left off. If a monthly payment doesn't go through, nothing gets shut off — I'll email you and quietly retry your card over a few days; if it still doesn't go through, The Plan just pauses and you can pick it back up whenever you're ready.
8. If you're not on The Plan
The Plan is how I work with most people, but if you'd rather have just one thing done without signing up, you can. Website work is a flat price per job — one job, one price, agreed before I start. A brand-new website is a flat one-time price, and same as always: I build it first and you pay when you're happy with it. You'll see the exact price before anything begins, and either can be paid by Zelle or cash. No monthly, no plan — just the one job.
9. Family & Friends
If you're Family & Friends, your 20% comes off any one-off job on the no-plan menu — the everyday work price and a brand-new website. The Plan itself — the $100 build and the $25 a month — is already the best price I offer anyone, so there's nothing to take off there; it's the friends-and-family rate to begin with.
10. Keeping things secure — and your privacy
To protect Website Neighbor from spam and bots, when you submit my form I record a few basic technical details about the request — the kind of device and browser you used, and your approximate location (your city/region) from your internet (IP) address. That's it: it's used only to tell real people apart from bots, it's never sold or shared, and it's nothing more than what nearly every website records. I don't track your precise GPS location.
