The flyer stack
Take one.
They all say the same thing.
These are my ads. All of them — this is the entire collection, and it's paper on purpose. If you like what I do and you know a corkboard — your shop, your break room, the laundromat, the library — you're welcome to print one and pin it up. Costs you a sheet of paper. The square ones further down are sized for your phone, if posting one is more your speed. No permission needed, nothing owed, and every one of them has my actual number on it, which is the part I can't take back.
One website guy.
(It's me. I put up my own poster.)
Friendly. Local. Texts back.
Last seen about twenty minutes up the road, building somebody's site.
If a web guy burned you before, I get the skepticism. That's why I build your website first — you pay when you love it.
$100 to build it. $25 a month to never think about it again.

The internet has enough strangers.
Take one. They all say the same thing.
Lives on: corkboards, the laundromat, the library.
The flagship. Tear-tabs and all — pin it where people wait. If a tab's gone by the weekend, tell me. It makes my week.
Be advised: this town has a website guy now.
Every town's got a barber and a pizza place. Now it's got a website guy. It's me.
What this means for residents:
Questions may be directed to me. I'm aware this is an unusual way to run a public notice.

The internet has enough strangers.
Lives on: corkboards, the local paper's classifieds, Facebook — promo days only.
The formal one. It behaves itself next to real notices — plow schedules, bake sales, me.
This is where I'd show you my five-star reviews.
I have zero. I'm new. Every website guy you've ever heard of started at zero — mine's just showing.
So here's what I do instead: I build your website first, and you pay when you love it. Judge the work, not the stars.
$100 to build it. $25 a month to never think about it again.
Somebody around here is going to be the first review.

The internet has enough strangers.
Lives on: Instagram, Facebook — or printed fresh.
The honest one. The star count matches my real Google count the day you print it, so print it fresh — an old count would make it a liar.
The idea that a website guy has to be a stranger.
Last seen: everywhere, for about twenty years.
If found, don't return it.
I'm Rumi. I live up the road. I build your site before you pay a dollar, and afterward you'll have my number — the one that rings a person.

Lives on: your phone, Instagram, Facebook.
The one for your phone. It doesn't expire and it doesn't need a caption — though I wrote you one anyway, below.
If you'd rather post than pin — these are written already.
My website guy advertises himself like a lost dog. He built our site before we paid him a dollar, which is not how I thought any of this worked.
Apparently our town has a website guy now, by public notice. He did mine — you see the whole site before you pay for it.
This is the ad my website guy ran back when nobody had reviewed him yet. I'm one of the reviews now.
My website guy does this thing where you have his actual number and he texts back. Still getting used to it.
Post it as-is, change every word, or write your own — it's your page, not mine.
WEBSITES — I'm Rumi, a website guy up the road in Whitehouse Station. I build it first; you pay when you love it. $100 to build it. $25 a month to never think about it again. — hosting, Google, whatever you need, one person, one request at a time. I'm in the bulletin because this is where neighbors put things. (908) 913-4596 · websiteneighbor.com
The small one. If your church bulletin or club newsletter takes classifieds, this is already the right size.
NOTICE, from your website neighbor — If your website has said 'coming soon' since March, this is me saying it can stop being your problem. I'm Rumi. I live about twenty minutes up the road, and building websites for people in town is my whole job. I build yours first, and you pay when you love it — $100, splittable. After that it's $25 a month and I handle everything: hosting, domain, Google, whatever comes up, one thing at a time. If a web guy burned you before, I get the skepticism. That's why you see it before you pay. websiteneighbor.com — or just text me: (908) 913-4596. I'm the one who picks up.

This one's a real sign, not a printout. If you've got lawn on a road people actually drive, text me and I'll bring one over myself.
Ask meThe plumber. The realtor. The guy who does the gutters. I'm the website one.
A hundred bucks and I build your website. Twenty-five a month after that and you never think about it again — I host it, keep Google happy, and do whatever you need, one thing at a time.
You're holding my entire ad budget. It's going fine.
Flag down more coffee. Then text me.

This one belongs under somebody's eggs. If you own the diner, ask me — I'll bring the file and buy the coffee.
Ask meWhere these go: corkboards, break rooms, the laundromat, the library — anywhere with a pin and permission. Ask whoever owns the board first. And never a utility pole: New Jersey fines for those, and neither of us needs to explain that one.
If you print one, post one, or pin one up — that's my whole marketing department. Unpaid, volunteer, and better company than any agency I could hire. Thank you.
