What we promise — and what we don't
We can't control whether you answer the phone or close the lead, so we'll never guarantee a profit. What we can promise is a process built to protect your money:
We agree on what a good lead costs and the return we're aiming for — for your specific business — before a dollar is spent.
Every account loses a little while it learns. We expect to break even first, not strike gold on day one — and we say so out loud.
If it isn't working after an agreed amount of spend, we pause and rebuild. You're never stuck funding a campaign that's losing money.
You watch the spend, the leads, and the booked jobs right in your dashboard. No black box, ever.
The questions we always ask first
Before we spend a cent, we make sure ads are right for you — and set up so they actually pay off. If the honest answer is “not yet,” we'll tell you that too.
- 1What is one new customer worth to you over time?
- 2What's your profit margin on a typical job or sale?
- 3What monthly budget are you comfortable testing with — separate from my fee?
- 4Could you handle 2–3× more customers right now, or are you already booked solid?
- 5When someone reaches out, who follows up — and how fast?
- 6Where do your customers come from today?
- 7What have you tried before, and what happened?
- 8What would make this a clear win 90 days from now?
We pick the platform that fits you
We don't spread your budget thin across every app. We choose the one place your customers actually decide to buy — and go all-in there.
Your customers are actively typing “AC repair near me.” We meet that demand the moment it happens.
Nobody searches “haircut near me.” Great before-and-afters and short video create the demand instead.
How pricing works
A roofing company and a salon are worlds apart, so there's no one-size price. Your management fee is scoped to your business on a quick call — and two things are always true:
- Your ad spend goes straight to Google or Meta — never through us. You stay in control of your budget.
- We get your website & presence solid first — ads to a weak site just waste money.
